Grace gently and intuitively guides and invites you to drop into the pace of presence with your full self through breath, yoga postures, inward recharging, energetic intention setting and pratyahara & dharana (Meditation).
We may engage the whole body from tips of toes to crown of head to energise, renew and be in inquiry to listening and responding to the overall health of the body, wellbeing physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally and/ or attune to what you need in the moment and sequence around that priority.

Each class offering is themed from my heart, in-depth knowledge of physiology, creative sequencing & curiosity to the current energetic of the season, day and clientele needs and request.
Let the yoga flow wash through your Body to cleanse, revitalise & ground you; Naturally you restore, and your highest self comes back into the body so you can be present, refreshed and re-energised with clarity in the aspects of your life that matter most.
All you need is a mat and some comfy clothes, you don't need to have done yoga before, know the Yoga poses already or be super flexible.

Classes are infused with the traditional 8 limbs of yoga;
Yama (moral discipline), Niyamas (observance), Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Pratyara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), Samadhi (enlightenment).
Each class is an opportunity to come back to your TRUE self.....sometimes that is a tricky thing right "Where do I begin and where do I end".....So in essence you learn your boundaries of who you are and who you are not. Each class is a door to drop deeper into your values, truths, integrity and dedication to your precious life path that only you hold the key and authenticity to....there is no other you truer and of more value than you. Only you can fully inhabit the role of your unique ecological neish that serves the wholeness of the Earth. Be held and guided in a multidimensional sacred space for your whole being. You are always welcome just as you are.
Nothing to change, nothing to fix ~ your whole being is welcome.
You are invited to tap into your own abilities through breath and presence to promote healing; physically and mentally through parasympathetic portals. From this place you can access your waking dream current and journey the continuation of what it really means for you to live life, connect to vital life force and contribute meaningfully from a place of harmony and connection.
Grace gave prompting tones from one position flowing to the next, gently coaxing my stiffen body to relax, succumb to the stretch and gain strength in the pose.
Graces gentle voice reminding me to be fully in the moment, grounded in the safety of my body. From standing poses to laying down, with each transition Grace guided me. Three months of limited movement in isolation and a severe back injury 12 months before, Grace was able to navigate my issues and provide a balanced safe Yoga flow tailored just for me.
Grace has a natural ability to provide a gentle yet invigorating Yoga flow.
