Story as Medicine
Cantadora is a latin word for
"keeper of old stories"
Many stories that we tell now are extensions of old stories, in telling storys of past, current and evolving it helps us explore the nature of our living and rediscover & value our unique essence, humanness, alikeness and remembrance of why, and the importance of showing up.
Our own living is a live story; Through the way we live we are creating a continuation and mythos of our calling and contributing. Leaving an inspired, raw, humbling human trail that guides us time and time again....and believe it or not guide's others more than you'll ever know
I'm interested in all stories old & emerging that guide our living & relating that tell us were we've come from and we're we are inspired, and supported to go.
Through story past, present and future we can come into greater authenticity and reclamation of why we show up the way we do in the greater web of life
When we listen with the ears of our heart and receive to the roots of our being and give with the fullness of the story, even giving ourselves to the mystery of the story (so much so that even us as the story teller may be surprised about the depths of the story) may then come into deeper connection with the mythopoetic places that guides the evolution of our life journey and wild heart poem in the making.

"What did that encounter tell me or change in me relating to how I show up in the world?"
You may ask:
"Have I had a revelation about my place on Earth?"
How does it feel in your body to receive story's of heart ~ What does that emotion ask of you, does it ask for a follow up action in an aspect of your life?
Have you ever heard a story or experienced the continuation of your story so much that you weren't sure what to do with your expanded consciousness?
~ A love note to your heart calling;
After all these years of wandering my love through life don't try and fit yourself back into a way of being that is too small for everything you have experienced, Give inspired energy and momentum by leaning into the spark. If you feel the call of heart; Take action, and make one small step forward. Nurture your passions and interests. Follow the flow of what feels good ~ lean into your evolutionary growth edge. Feel your spirit come alive when you advocate for your spark of Heart and inspired ideas. Remember you don't receive guidance you aren't fully wired to bring from spirit into form. Let story's at wild heart change the narrative in your mind. Surround yourself with story's of courage, vulnerability and devotion ~ let yourself realize you are life force of creation
